Re: why no invoice
i made a payment through paypal and called them and it has already been confirmed and paid. i never recieved an invoice from you or anything saying it has been paid. it also does not show my order being paid. paypal has confirmed it has been paid. why is it not showing as paid in full? and why did i not get an invoice or an email saying i paid?

The 5 coral bracelets were missing on order number 20081021062858 - Been informed by email that a refund is to be made but nothing has been refunded
I thought you were an honerable company - I paid my money in good faith but now you seem reluctant to give me a refund.
